Cancellations
- Less than 24 Hours Before Departure - No refund or rescheduling will be permitted
- More than 24 Hours Before Departure - A voucher for re-schedule will be issued, valid for 4 months.
Please note the following conditions
- All seats must be pre-booked and paid for in advance, accompanied by a reference number provided by the office during the booking confirmation.
- Unpaid bookings will be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made with the office via info@potgieterbussie.com or through WhatsApp at 072 5511 778, specifying an alternative payment method.
- No refunds are applicable for passengers who do not fulfill their booking commitments.
- Bank deposits must be confirmed via email at info@potgieterbussie.com or through WhatsApp at 072 5511 778
- Please be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the indicated departure time, as the bus leaves promptly at the stated time.
- Passengers are not permitted to disembark without explicit permission from the driver.
- Luggage should be clearly labeled for easy identification to prevent inadvertent suitcase exchanges. In the event that passengers take another suitcase, they will be held liable to ensure its return to the rightful owner..
- Only suitcases or bags are permissible; cardboard boxes, crates, or loose luggage are prohibited.
- Three suitcases or bags per passenger.Passengers must remain seated during the bus's motion, and the company disclaims responsibility for injuries resulting from non-compliance.
- No refunds will be provided in the event of breakdowns or delays.
- Potgieter Passiers Vervoer is absolved of liability for connecting flights or services, appointments, or any form of compensation due to breakdowns or delays.
- Passengers will be accommodated on an alternative date and time upon request.
- The company retains the right to transfer passengers between stops for operational efficiency.
- The company reserves the right to deny transportation to passengers exhibiting signs of intoxication, drug use, or smoking
- Only certified guide dogs, providing essential services, are permitted on board at the company's discretion.
- Passengers with medical conditions or special needs are advised to consult and inform the office when booking a ticket.
- Passengers with disabilities or those requiring wheelchair accessibility should inform the company before making a reservation.
- A maximum of 1 hand luggage and 2 pieces of baggage, not exceeding 25kg in total, is permitted per ticket holder.
- Purchasing a ticket implies an agreement to adhere to these terms.
